Budtender Love Giveaway 2025 - Official Rules

Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Void where prohibited by law.

Employees of Flowhub, its affiliates, partners, suppliers, and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.

Entry

No purchase necessary to enter or win.

The giveaway begins on Monday, September 8, 2025 and ends on Saturday, September 13, 2025 (the “Entry Period”).

Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries will be disqualified.

To enter, participants must complete the entry form and provide valid contact information.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash. Flowhub reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the listed item becomes unavailable.

Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

Winners will be announced by Wednesday, September 17, 2025.

Winners will be notified by email and must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond, Flowhub reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Flowhub, which are final and binding.

By participating, entrants grant Flowhub the right to use their name, likeness, and entry submission for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Flowhub is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.

Flowhub reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Flowhub’s control impairs the integrity of the giveaway.
