“Sometimes it would take up to an hour or two to check in items, depending on how busy we were or how many items were on the manifest. And now, it's just one quick, simple step and takes me less than five minutes,” says Karen Gonzalez, GM at RMC Santa Fe.

RMC recently adopted Flowhub Pay across all locations, replacing clunky third-party terminals with fully integrated debit payments.

Before Flowhub Pay, transactions using third-party processors could time out, causing long lines and customer frustration.

“The fact that the terminals connect to the POS station has been a game-changer. It’s way easier for the budtenders. The reporting is a lot cleaner on the back end for the finance team, and it’s just a lot easier for the customers as well,” says Joana Baryza, Office Manager at RMC.

The fact that Flowhub Pay is integrated and connected is really huge. There are some [budtenders] who are getting beaucoup tips in their paychecks.” says Joana.
