Hall of Flowers Bong Giveaway - Official Rules

Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Void where prohibited by law.

Employees of Flowhub, its affiliates, partners, suppliers, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible to enter or win.

Entry

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

The giveaway begins on Monday, October 6, 2025 and ends on Wednesday, October 8, 2025 (the “Entry Period”).

Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries will be disqualified.

To enter, participants must complete the official Build A Bong Giveaway entry form and provide valid contact information, including full name and email address.

Prize

One winner will receive a limited edition Build A Bong commemorative art piece created by NYC artist Skewville in collaboration with Flowhub.

Approximate retail value: $200.
Prize is non transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash. Flowhub reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the listed item becomes unavailable.

Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

Winners will be notified by email the morning of Wednesday, October 8, 2025, the first day of Hall of Flowers New York City.

Winners must visit Flowhub Booth A200 during Hall of Flowers NYC to redeem their prize in person. A valid ID showing age and name matching the entry form will be required to claim the prize.

If a winner does not check in and claim the prize by the end of the event, Flowhub reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Flowhub, which are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway.

By participating, entrants grant Flowhub the right to use their name, likeness, and entry information for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Flowhub is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries.

Flowhub reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Flowhub’s control affects the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway.

By entering, participants consent to receive marketing communications from Flowhub. Participants may unsubscribe at any time.

Personal information collected through this giveaway will be used in accordance with Flowhub’s Privacy Policy.
