Flowhub applies eligible promotions based on your stacking rules, and supported offers can carry over to other channels like Ecommerce and Kiosk without being rebuilt.
Yes. You can create one deal for every location or limit it to specific states and stores. New locations automatically pick up deals set to run everywhere. You can also choose whether things like first purchase and per-customer limits are counted across the entire business or separately at each store.
Flowhub Deals provides enterprise-grade performance tracking, allowing you to measure deal effectiveness and adjust strategies on the fly.
For deals with a total-use limit, our built-in Deal Usage report shows how many times the offer has been redeemed. Sales reports also record inline discounts and the reason each one was given. If you use Flowhub Loyalty, the Loyalty Changes and Loyalty Transactions reports show how points were added, adjusted, and redeemed.

You can create offers for specific customer groups, customers on their first through fourth purchase, Loyalty Pass holders, promo-code users, or anyone who reaches a minimum spend. If you use Flowhub Loyalty, customers can also use points for certain deals, unlock pass-holder-only offers, and redeem eligible rewards online or at the register.
If you already use Alpine IQ, Springbig, or StickyCards, you can connect those rewards to Flowhub Deals through a two-way integration. Deals endpoints are also exposed through the Flowhub Open API, so you can build custom integrations around your promotions. Flowhub MCP separately lets supported AI tools read and create Deals with the appropriate permissions.
