Budtender Love Giveaway 2026 Official Rules
No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.
Eligibility
The Flowhub Budtender Love Giveaway 2026 (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored and administered by Flowhub Holdings, Inc. (“Flowhub”).
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C., who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers and directors of Flowhub, participating prize contributors, and any agencies directly involved in administering the Giveaway are not eligible to win. Immediate family members and members of the same household are also ineligible.
Entrants must provide accurate contact information and have a valid U.S. address where a prize may lawfully be delivered. Flowhub may require proof of age, identity, residence and eligibility before awarding a prize.
The Giveaway is void outside the 50 United States and Washington, D.C., and wherever prohibited or restricted by law. All applicable federal, state and local laws apply.
Flowhub is the sole sponsor and administrator of the Giveaway. Participating companies have contributed prizes but do not sponsor or administer the Giveaway. No purchase, retail transaction or interaction with a prize contributor is required to enter or win.
Entry
The Giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Time on Monday, September 14, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time on Saturday, September 19, 2026 (the “Entry Period”).
Flowhub’s systems will serve as the official timekeeping method for the Giveaway.
To enter, complete the Giveaway entry form during the Entry Period and provide the requested information.
Limit one entry per person and one entry per email address. Automated, duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible entries may be disqualified.
Participation in the research questions is part of the Giveaway entry. Responses may be analyzed and published in anonymized or aggregated form. Flowhub will not attribute a response to an entrant or their company without separate permission.
Prizes
Flowhub intends to award 25 prizes contributed by participating companies, with a combined approximate retail value of less than $5,000.

Prize contributors include AIQ, Canna Connect, Chill Steel Pipes, Digital Awesome, Dispensify, Divvy Digital, DynaVap, Dyspensr, Ganjier, Happy Cabbage, Hemper, Hoodie Analytics, Jane West, Peelz, Pink Formula, PufCreativ, Rank Really High, Seed, SparkPlug, Surfside, and Zenco.
Limit one prize per person. Specific models, colors, sizes and styles are subject to availability.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Flowhub may substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value if a listed prize becomes unavailable or cannot lawfully be delivered.
Prizes involving smoking or vaporization accessories do not include cannabis or controlled substances and are intended only for lawful use. If a prize cannot legally be shipped to or possessed in a winner’s jurisdiction, Flowhub may provide a lawful substitute or select an alternate winner.
Gift cards are subject to the terms and restrictions of their issuers. Winners are responsible for applicable federal, state and local taxes and any expenses not expressly included with a prize.
Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the prizes.
Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winners will be selected and notified by email on or about Wednesday, September 23, 2026.
A potential winner must respond within 48 hours and provide any requested eligibility or delivery information. If a potential winner does not respond, is found to be ineligible, declines the prize, cannot lawfully receive the prize or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, Flowhub may select an alternate winner.
A person is not a confirmed winner until Flowhub has verified their eligibility.
Prize Delivery
Flowhub or the applicable prize contributor will arrange delivery to the address provided by each confirmed winner.
Flowhub is not responsible for delivery delays, loss or damage caused by a carrier, incorrect delivery information, supply interruptions or circumstances outside Flowhub’s reasonable control.
General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to follow these Official Rules and accept Flowhub’s decisions concerning eligibility, administration and winner selection as final, subject to applicable law.
Flowhub may disqualify an entrant who tampers with the entry process, provides false information, attempts to obtain additional entries or interferes with the fair operation of the Giveaway.
Flowhub may suspend, modify or cancel the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, force majeure or another event outside its reasonable control compromises the integrity or proper operation of the Giveaway. If the Giveaway is ended early, Flowhub may select winners from eligible entries received before the disruption.
Flowhub is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, corrupted or misdirected entries or for technical, website, network, hardware or software failures.
Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Flowhub, participating prize contributors, and their respective affiliates, employees, officers, directors and agents from claims arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize.
Prizes are provided “as is.” Flowhub makes no warranty regarding a prize beyond any warranty provided by its manufacturer or issuer.
Privacy and Communications
Flowhub will use entrant information to administer the Giveaway, contact potential winners, fulfill prizes and analyze research responses in anonymized or aggregated form.
By entering the Giveaway, entrants consent to receive email marketing communications from Flowhub. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in each email. Unsubscribing will not affect an entrant’s eligibility or chances of winning.
Flowhub may share a confirmed winner’s contact and delivery information with the applicable prize contributor or delivery provider as necessary to fulfill the prize.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with Flowhub’s Privacy Policy.
